my parents asked me, "why do you always make yourself so busy and unnecessarily stressed?" now that I think about it, it is SO true. no more, no more! I'll keep myself chilled until Dec comes. Baked on sat for the whole day, I think I was too ambitious and I killed myself with so much to do haahaha. I baked banana cake with icing and choc tart (1 for family and mini ones for friends!), finished everything at 11pm. On sun, went to deliver it all out! Some pictures that I posted on fb :)
Mostly good comments for my choc tarts though the crust was crumbly, which was pretty expected. Banana cake was good too, I should really make it for myself to try some day. I'm happy that I can spread some love to the people around me with the things I make! :) On the flipside, I'm so broke. I'm spending way too much money on baking and it's really quite an expensive hobby, esp for a student who is not working. Just in time! Can save up some money for bigger experiments and I can take a break! So, I'm gonna keep at least next week free from unncessary things and probably leave the time to revise and study, well this is necessary stress hahahah. For this week, sigh another fully packed schedule! Can't wait to just relax this weekend in Indonesia with my cousins :P Oh just want to rant a bit! Just when I thought PW was OVER, my CCA put us into a business competition and it's EXACTLY like PW. shucks man, it started last wed, right after PW submission.
