my parents are currently in switzerland, bro is in malaysia, leaving my sister and I stranded here in hot and sunny singapore. and since my sister works till pretty late, so it's just me and my house to myself. it's pretty cool to have some alone time, being able to catch up with myself and really think through what have been done so far. but, i've come to realise that i have my house to clean up and it's all on me since my sister is working so she is immune from it. haven't really done all of these in a long while, technically since last dec. so many chores to do.. dreads. haha, i would make a good housewife alr man.

i recently tried a new recipe, kit kat cupcake with dark choc frosting. pretty proud of it, although i have this weird habit of not trying what i bake. i guess i prefer the anticipation of the feedback given by my friends, it's exciting! photo on instagram. you might be surprised to know that my family doesn't really eats what i bake, so i tend to give them all away :/ but it's alright, i shall cook for them someday! my ultimate goal: chilli crab! hope to accomplish this after As. :)

hahaha i found out recently that people thinks that i tend to go out and eat dessert a lot. i told sk and my sis that i was going to tbb last week, then their response was like, "again?" the thing is that, i have only been there once and that was in march! oh man, i think people have a misconception that i have a lot of money to go out and enjoy myself a lot. HAHA this is interesting but in reality it's the opposite. on a more serious note, my dream of opening my cafe got shattered recently. i think i mentioned about rayner's cafe a few posts ago. i recently found out that his cafe closed, although i'm not sure what the reason was but my dream closed along with it as well. the thing is, what rayner did was exactly what i intended to do in the future. time to keep  baking just as a hobby.

got addicted listening to adam lambert's music, such a brilliant vocalist and belter. can't get enough of him!
