It's never fair.

It's always easy to turn to God and question, "Why me?" And I'm sure we can't help but blame God for our predicament. These questions we have stem from our perception that the world is fair. But of course, it's not. From the day you were born, the life you were gonna lead is already vastly different from another. Life is never fair, don't bother trying to find fairness because you won't. One thing you can hold on to, is the love from God. Knowing that He loves you the most and wishes to give you the best you've ever had, that's it. Be contented, and most importantly be satisfied in the Lord. Check out the life story of Danny Gokey. I've been following him since he appeared on American idol season 8. His story is one that makes my heart ache so much for him. He lost his wife, Sophia, in their 4th year of marriage to a heart condition. Danny and the church prayed so hard for Sophia's recovery during the time her heart surgery didn't go successfully. They prayed and they prayed.. but God didn't turn up. Nothing happened. You know you see healings take place in healing services. Of course, Danny would have hoped that God would do a miracle in Sophia's condition. Unfortunately, Sophia passed away the next day. Danny lost his first love in his life at a tender age of 28. How devastating could that have been to anybody? Just the thought of it makes me think twice towards marriage. But listen to his personal testimony in this video. Truly someone inspirational who did not question why anymore but left everything into God's hands. Look where he is now, pursing his music after AI and God has blessed him with a beautiful wife and children. One of my favourite songs sung by him in AI, September by Earth, Wind and Fire.
