"Keep falsehood and lies far away from me;
give me neither poverty nor riches,
but only give me my daily bread.
Otherwise, I may have too much and disown you
and say, 'Who is the Lord?'
Or I may become poor and steal,
and so dishonor the name of my God."

Proverbs 30:8-9 NIV

Wise words from Solomon. Oh, what good does it make me to have material possessions but lose God's purpose for me. May I be seen steadfast in my faith, let I not be tempted by worldly wealth but be kept in contentment in the sufficiency of God's grace. For what good does a man get if he earns the whole world but forfeits his soul?

A great reminder to be faithful in the little things that is given to you.
